The Podcast Showcasing The Best Of Adelaide’s CBD

Need a new podcast but don’t know what to listen to? The Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA) has got just the podcast for you.

Titled the ‘Experience Adelaide Podcast’, the name leaves no room for imagination, and as you’ve guessed, is all about sharing that amazing experiences and opportunities right here on our doorstep in the Adelaide CBD.

It is without a doubt that over the past decade Adelaide has grown beyond the realm of a small city, as vibrancy and liveability grow exponentially. With the increasing potential to grow even further AEDA has one main vision, to make Adelaide the most liveable City in the world – and what better way to highlight that than through a podcast.

Across the nine episodes included in the podcast, AEDA showcases ‘everything Adelaide’, from the events, hotels, businesses and schools that make up Adelaide. Hear directly from the Adelaideans creating these experiences and get suggestions on how to get the most out of you time in the City and North Adelaide. Whether it be a drink at the Southern Hemispheres largest open arts festival, the Adelaide Fringe, a staycation at Hotel Indigo or a look into Lot Fourteens futuristic innovations, the podcast will take you into every undiscovered corner of the CBD.

The podcast is one of the many programs AEDA delivers as part of its 2020-2024 Strategic Plan, designed to stimulate and accelerate the city’s economic growth. The project began as a subsidiary of The City of Adelaide early January 2020, amongst the turbulence of Covid-19. By working closely with businesses, industry groups, and state government agencies, the program focuses on investment attraction, growing our visitor economy, residential growth, marketing the city and promoting Rundle Mall.
