GreenSearch Global have expanded into Australia, with their first office opening in South Australia this month.

A global company with locations already across the United Kingdom and Europe, GreenSearch Global is an established search firm providing strategic recruitment solutions across the rapidly growing renewable energy, environment, and sustainability sector.

GreenSearch Global comes from good bones, with the same independent ownership structure as sister business Careerlink People Solutions.

With South Australia’s swift uptake of renewables and changing consumer sentiment, Director of GreenSearch Global Australia, Anna Pak Poy, felt the time was right for the expansion.

“Australians are becoming more conscious of what and who they are purchasing from and are increasingly aligning themselves with brands and businesses who have demonstrable environmental values,” she said.

This was highlighted in a recent independent survey which found 85 per cent of Australians want businesses to be more transparent about the origins and sustainability of their products and service offerings, and whether they are engaging in ethical practices.

Another study conducted by BBC Global found 58 per cent would stop buying a product or using a service they were previously loyal to if they discovered it was not committed to sustainability.
