Showcase SA was proud to support KWY in delivering its 5th Biennial National Conference, First Nations Therapeutic Responses Summit: Creating a Space for Innovation, held at Adelaide Oval from 18 – 20 March 2026.
Bringing together more than 400 delegates from across Australia and Aotearoa (New Zealand), the conference celebrated the strength of First Nations knowledge, innovation and therapeutic responses, creating an important space for collaboration, learning and meaningful conversations about Aboriginal-led approaches to supporting families.
Our team was privileged to provide event management support throughout part of the 4-day program, assisting with both the conference and the Summit’s prestigious Gala and Awards Night. On the morning of the conference, Showcase SA provided on-the-ground logistical support for more than 400 attendees, welcoming VIP guests, assisting with delegate arrivals and helping ensure the day commenced seamlessly. Working alongside the KWY team, we helped deliver a smooth and professional experience from the moment delegates arrived.
The Gala and Awards Night showcased our event management expertise, with our team supporting the event from bump-in through to success. We coordinated the venue setup, installed the media wall, worked closely with audiovisual technicians and venue staff to keep the event running to schedule, and liaised with suppliers throughout the night to ensure every detail was delivered to the highest standard. Our team provided logistical support to aid the: Bump-in (setup of media wall, assisting with table placements, providing recommendations on stage setup), room setup, liaising with venue to ensure timings are on track or need to be adjusted as the event went on, troubleshooting, greeting guests and providing wayfinding, as well as guest concierge.
Our Marketing Coordinator captured the energy and significance of the evening through social media coverage and behind-the-scenes photo and video content, helping share the celebration of First Nations excellence with a wider audience.
It was an honor to support KWY in delivering an event that championed innovation and amplified First Nations voices. Events such as this demonstrate the power of thoughtful planning, strong partnerships and seamless event delivery in creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact.
We thank KWY for the opportunity to contribute to such an important event and look forward to supporting future initiatives that celebrate and strengthen First Nations communities.
