End-to-End Event Management Support for Cowater International’s APAC Leadership Conference

Showcase SA was proud to partner with Cowater International to provide strategic event consultation and comprehensive event management support for its APAC Leadership Conference in South Australia. Designed to bring together 30 senior leaders and VIP guests from across the Asia-Pacific region, the three-day conference focused on strengthening collaboration, developing a shared strategic vision and fostering greater cohesion across Cowater’s APAC operations.

 

Through a series of facilitated workshops, cultural capability experiences and team-building activities, the conference provided an opportunity for delegates to reflect, collaborate and shape the organisation’s future direction. 

Our involvement began well before delegates arrived, with Cowater engaging Showcase SA to provide a tailored event consultation package. Working alongside the client, we developed the event scope, identified trusted local suppliers and provided strategic advice on every aspect of the delegate experience. 

 

As part of this process, we used our connections to liaise with peak industry bodies to explore available funding opportunities and sourced recommendations for accommodation, meeting venues, transport providers, photographers, dining experiences and post-conference touring options. We also provided guidance around registration, event logistics, attendee communications and supplier availability, helping create a clear roadmap for successful event delivery. 

 

As planning progressed, Showcase SA transitioned into a hands-on event management role, providing operational support across the conference’s four-day program. 

Each morning, our team was onsite at the delegates’ accommodation ahead of departures, ensuring all guests were accounted for, coordinating bus manifests and liaising directly with transport providers to keep the event running to schedule. Throughout the conference, we worked closely with venues and suppliers to ensure meeting spaces; audiovisual requirements and event collateral were fully prepared before delegates arrived. 

 

Our team also coordinated the production of printed materials and conference collateral, arranged branded merchandise for delegates to take home and provided professional video capture and editing to document key moments from the event. 

On the conference’s key delivery day, Showcase SA provided full event management support from 8.00am through until 9.00pm, overseeing supplier coordination, logistics, delegate movements and event operations to ensure every element of the program was delivered seamlessly. 

 

By combining strategic planning with on-the-ground event delivery, Showcase SA became an extension of the Cowater International team, allowing delegates and organisers to remain focused on the conference objectives while we managed the operational detail behind the scenes. 

 

We were delighted to support Cowater International in delivering a successful leadership conference that strengthened collaboration, encouraged strategic thinking and created a memorable experience for delegates visiting South Australia.
