On Thursday June 11, Showcase South Australia members attended our first face-to-face event as COVID-19 restrictions began to ease. Binh Nguyen from Market Ease Business Promotions presented an insightful training session on marketing through a crisis.

Some key takeaways from Binh’s Professional Development & Training session today:

🔑 How to increase the conversion rate by increasing the value and lowering the friction of products and services
🔑 How to apply the three elements – fix, improve and prevent to frame the messages during uncertain times
🔑 People don’t buy dreams in times of uncertainty, they buy hope. They don’t buy on fear of missing out (FOMO), they buy on prevention of harm. And they don’t buy aspirations, they buy step by step solutions

It was great to get South Australian businesses back in the room together safely with social distancing event. Thank you to our Platinum members Hotel Grand Chancellor and Encore Event Technologies who helped my this event safe and successful.
