We partnered with Ferguson Australia for our Industry Series Agribusiness Insights Luncheon to bring our members a Lobster Long Luncheon. Guest speakers Michael Angelakis AM from popular Channel 7 TV show Out Of The Blue, Andrew Ferguson, managing director of Ferguson Australia and The Honourable David Basham, MP Minster for Primary Industries and Regional Development spoke to our guests about Ferguson Australia’s new sustainable line of lesser-known fish species they’ve introduced to make their fishing practices more future proof. Guests were treated to lunch of their own half Southern Rock Lobster prepared by award-winning National Wine Centre chef, Steve Clark.
