International Women’s Day marks a global celebration of the accomplishments of women and serves as a reminder to celebrate how far we have come towards a gender equal future, but also acknowledge how far we have to go.
This year, we were lucky enough to hearing from the incredibly inspiring Flavia Tata Nardini, Co-Founder and CEO of Fleet Space Technologies. Not only a real-life rocket scientist, Flavia is a strong advocate for women in STEM and is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders. Attendees were captivated by Flavia, and left feeling so inspired by her vulnerable speech about empowering women, teaching the next generation that failure is okay, and how we need to celebrate our women across industry more.
