About Life At Work
Life at Work was established by founder Lois Andrijich.
With significant experience in Senior and Executive Human Resources roles across a range of industries, Lois is passionate about improving life at work for employees.
Life at Work was formed after watching multiple businesses struggle to create an engaged and happy workforce, and is coupled with Lois’ interest in helping individuals grow and succeed.
Life at Work offers a range of bespoke HR services including culture and engagement improvement, customised training and development, and coaching for individuals and groups.
Lois combines her skills and personable approach to deliver high -quality outcomes for her clients.
Lois’ holds a Masters in HR Management from Edith Cowan University, a Certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University, and undergraduate and Honours degrees in Psychology from ECU.
