Co-founders Joanne Blackman and Melanie Mansfield have combined experience of close to 40 years in the recruitment industry.

While there’s certainly no shortage of recruitment service providers in Adelaide, Jo and Mel recognised a need for a local agency to provide a personal, straightforward and honest recruitment service without all the fuss.

Combining their local business knowledge, strong networks, friendship, and a fresh approach, in 2016 Blackman Mansfield Recruitment was formed.
