Returning this July: Glenelg Winter Arts Festival

Hit the Bay this July, for a fun winter event returning by popular demand! Glenelg Winter Arts Festival is your chance to enjoy live art and entertainment during the cooler weather in an iconic Adelaide coastal location.

Spanning from the 5th to the 21st of July, Glenelg Winter Arts Festival is presented by Gluttony – best known for its parkland venue hub in the Adelaide CBD each Adelaide Fringe season – in partnership with City of Holdfast Bay and Jetty Road.

Over the two weeks of the July school holidays, Colley Reserve will be abuzz with shows in two enclosed tent venues, as well as undercover spaces in which to eat, drink and gather with friends and family. Take your pick from stand-up comedy and live music, to circus, cabaret, burlesque, magic, theatre and family-friendly entertainment… among Glenelg Winter Arts Festival’s shows you’ll find something for arts lovers of any age in the big-top tent, The May Wirth, and intimate venue The Kingfisher (both heated for your comfort). The Bay will welcome some of Australia’s top comedians this winter, as well as festival favourites you know and love from Gluttony during Fringe. Tickets are on sale now, browse and book the program here.

The pop-up festival hub will also feature a bar serving a range of hot drinks, food options and cosy seating.

Glenelg Winter Arts Festival runs Friday 5 July – Sunday 21 July 2024 in Colley Reserve, closed Mondays. (Pop in for a sneak peek from 6pm Thursday 4 July – the bar and food will be serving!) Free entry.

Fri 5 July: from 6pm
Sat 6 July – Sun 7 July: from 12pm
