On Tuesday 4 February, Showcase South Australia hosted an exclusive Straight Talking Luncheon with Brent Hill, the Executive Director of Marketing for the South Australian Tourism Commission, for our Platinum and Gold members.

Brent gave us a high level insight into the South Australian Tourism Commission’s infamous ‘Old Mate’ campaign which received national attention when it launched, alongside an overview of the past 12 months, the highs and the lows, and recent SATC campaigns.

He also spoke about the fantastic #BookThemOut campaign that is urging South Australians to support bushfire affected regions, and its success to date.

Attendees were the first to experience Pullman Adelaide’s Level 15 function space as Showcase SA proudly hosted the first event in the newly refurbished Hindmarsh 1 room.

To hear amazing stories from incredible and talented South Australians in our Straight Talking series and attend other spectacular events like this, become a Showcase SA member today.
