Corporate teams FAQ’s

Q: Why should I create a team and support MNDSA’s flagship event?

A: Joining our community at this vibrant outdoor event will provide your staff with an opportunity to participate in a team building activity with purpose. It will further position your brand as one that supports local South Australians in need and help to promote your Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The risk of developing MND over a lifetime is about 1 in 300 and the families affected by this disease should never walk alone.

Q: How many people do we need to create a Corporate Team?

A: You can make a team with just 4 people or as many as you like…aim for maximum impact!

Q: How much does it cost to register a Corporate Team?

A: There are a few easy options to register a Corporate team;

Option 1 – Basic

For groups of 10 people the registration is reduced to $35pp ($350). For under 10 people the registration is $40pp. This includes a #NeverGiveUp beanie for each registration

Option 2 – Brand Exposure

$1,500 brand package includes registration for up to 10 people, Walk to D’Feet MND branded merchandise (t-shirt & beanie), 1250 x 1000mm branded, mobile banner with your company logo (to be carried by your tribe)!

Q:  What is the fundraising goal for a Corporate team?

A: Each team member has the potential to raise at least $250 each e.g. a team of 4 could raise $1,000! A team of 10, $2,500, or more! Past teams have raised up to $10,000… so the sky is the limit!

Q: How do we fundraise as individuals, and as a team?

A: Each participant can promote their generosity and commitment to MNDSA as the charity they are supporting; via social media, email and amongst their family and friends – to seek as many donations as possible. PLUS, as a team, there are many fun ways you can fundraise together, such as; holding a charity morning tea in the office or hosting a movie night… You can ask your HR and social club to get involved by spreading the word. You can also ask your organisation to consider dollar matching your donations to help reach your fundraising goal!
