THE FC

The FC advises the international sports industry on regulation, governance, integrity, and strategy matters. Launched in February 2022, its first clients include FIFA, the FIFA Clearing House, and several other international sports federations. Managing Director, James Kitching, was previously Director of Football Regulatory at FIFA where we managed a multidisciplinary team with 5 departments and approximately 60 staff which oversaw all aspects of the internal football regulatory framework. Among other matters, James was directly responsible for the delivery of the FIFA Clearing House, the regulation of football agents, and overall operation of the football transfer system.

The FC plans to leverage on James’ decade-long experience within the international sports industry, and will be looking at expansion in the near future.
