We are client-focused, promoting transparent and fair fees while ensuring client’s work directly with the senior solicitor for efficient and effective outcomes. Elena Leonardos, our Principal & Senior Lawyer established Adelaide Legal Solutions in 2011. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia (2007) and the High Court of Australia. She holds a double degree in Business Economics and Law and Legal Practice from Flinders University. Elena is also an Accredited Mediator.

Elena’s career commenced within South Australia’s most notorious Criminal Law Firm and from day one was embroiled in serious criminal matters involving blackmail, assault, murder and white/blue collar crime. Elena was mentored in law under well noted SA lawyers. Elena’s expansion arose after mentorship from a nationally recognised barrister who has a steady calm yet results driven methodology. She understands that legal representation is costly and will delegate work based on a client’s budget. Her referrals usually come from client’s who experience first-hand how passionate she is about a good outcome and from legal practitioners. Elena is dedicated to building strong relationships with her clients, the legal profession and the community. Elena serves as female Vice President on the Law Society of South Australia Council. She is an active committee member (e.g., Animal Law Committee, Cost Committee, GDLP Committee). One of her favourite roles was teaching law graduates the GDLP program at the College of Law. She featured in articles for the College of Law upon her completion of the Legal Practice Management Course.

Sophie Gauvin is an Associate Lawyer. Graduating with Honours in Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Journalism (Professional Writing) from the University of South Australia. Sophie was admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia. Throughout her university education Sophie worked in paralegal roles and as an editor. She has demonstrated strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. We applaud Sophie for her analytical precision, client communication and leadership potential.
