Adelaide’s most exciting Christmas party returns to Adelaide Convention Centre, 13 and 14 December, providing the perfect solution for your work or social club celebration.
Themed ‘Enchanted Christmas’, this year’s event will see guests enjoy a whimsically festive night as they step into a sparkling woodland filled with twinkling lights. The evening will feature a three-course menu and five-hour beverage package, along with magical live performances by the sensational Paulini, along with local party band, The Cast.
Heralded as one of the finest vocalists and performers to come out of Australia, Paulini rose to fame in the first season of Australian Idol before going on to top the Australian ARIA Charts with her debut Platinum album One Determined Heart and Platinum smash single Angel Eyes, both reaching No. 1. No stranger to the spotlight, Paulini has since played leading roles in various musicals, as well as appeared on hit TV shows The Masked Singer (2019), I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here Australia (2021) and Dancing with the Stars (2023). Her performance will be perfectly complemented by The Cast, who will get the party started and ignite the dance floor with their infectious upbeat energy and massive all-live sound.
In keeping with tradition, the all-important menu will serve up a ‘taste of South Australia’, featuring premium produce sourced from across the state. For entree, guests will be treated to poached Spencer Gulf prawns, served with cucumber ribbons, candied tomato, torched endive, radish, lemon powder and fermented chilli mayonnaise. Main course will be an alternate drop, with guests indulging in roasted chicken supreme or pepperberry-seasoned beef tenderloin, while a vegetarian menu option is available for those who book in advance. The menu will finish on a sweet note with a festive twist – a decadent Haigh’s chocolate yule log, served with raspberry chocolate mousse,, meringue mushroom and edible forest textures.
